Your data.
Clear rules.
How we process personal data submitted through the contact form and when you use the www.runvido.com website.
Data controller
The data controller is Runvido Sp. z o.o., ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warszawa, NIP 5252783205, KRS 0000775663. For matters concerning personal data, write to office@runvido.com.
Contact form
We process the data you provide in the form (name, company, email, phone, project description and other answers) in order to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest, namely conducting correspondence with customers (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries and correspondence for 24 months from the last contact, and if we conclude a contract — for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
Who has access to the data
The data goes to the Runvido team. It is stored by our server and email providers, who act on our behalf. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
YouTube players
Video thumbnails are stored on our server. Only when you select the play button is the player from youtube-nocookie.com launched, which involves sending your IP address and device data to YouTube. You can instead open the video directly on YouTube. The provider's rules: Google Privacy Policy.
Visitor statistics
We use our own Umami statistics tool, running on our own server. It counts visits and submitted forms anonymously: it does not use cookies, does not store full IP addresses and does not track users across websites. The data is not shared with advertising companies.
Cookies and logs
The site does not use advertising tools or cookies that track users. The server records technical connection logs (including IP address and browser type), which serve the security of the site and are deleted automatically.
